Overview:

Join a fast-growing international digital marketing company and take full ownership of Paid Search for a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll set the strategy, run campaigns hands-on, and optimise performance towards clear commercial goals, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

As a Senior Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and partnering with them throughout the entire campaign journey. You shape their digital strategies, provide tactical recommendations, and are the person who operationally manages, identifies, analyses, and optimises data-driven opportunities in their digital channels.

What you'll do

  • Lead and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing and other platforms, driving strong ROI and managing budgets efficiently.
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle for new and existing clients: objectives, KPIs, setup, optimisation, reviews, and roadmaps.
  • Shape your clients' digital strategy and provide tactical recommendations across their digital presence.
  • Turn data into action using GA4, Tag Manager and Looker Studio (or similar tools).
  • Manage multiple budgets with disciplined pacing and a strong focus on ROAS and profitability.

About you:

  • Hands-on PPC experience managing medium to large budgets in Google Ads, and ideally also Bing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, GTM and reporting dashboards.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can turn performance data into actionable insights and compelling stories.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (required).
  • Background from an agency or digital marketing/MarTech environment is preferred; Google Ads/ and Google Analytics certifications are ideal.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of how SEO and Paid Search work together in the overall acquisition mix.
  • Experience with additional paid channels (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Display, Video).
  • Basic familiarity with CRO and landing-page optimisation.
