We are looking for a Senior Digital Analyst and Department Lead who wants to take a central role in growing our Data and Analytics business in the Stockholm market. The role combines leadership, client work and business development, with a focus on building both people and business.

You will lead and support a local specialist team, drive the development of our Data and Analytics offering, and work with clients to turn insight into real impact. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues across Comprend to strengthen how we work, evolve our capabilities and create integrated solutions. As part of this, you will apply and explore AI-supported methods and tools to enhance efficiency, insight quality and client value.

The role:

As Senior Digital Analyst and Department Lead, you take responsibility for strengthening our Data and Analytics work in the Stockholm market. You lead a local team of 18 specialists and support their growth, collaboration and delivery.

A key part of the role is to improve how we work, evolve our capabilities and ensure a strong and competitive Data and Analytics offering. This includes continuously exploring and applying AI-supported approaches to strengthen our methods, tools and client delivery.

You also work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them make informed decisions by connecting data, technology and communication. Collaboration with colleagues across Comprend's markets is important for sharing knowledge, building integrated solutions and ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach to data and analytics across the company.

You are a digital analyst with a commercial mindset who enjoys working where data, technology and business meet. You take responsibility, collaborate easily and feel confident supporting both clients and colleagues. The role suits someone who is curious, structured and motivated by creating real impact.

To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of the following experience and strengths:

Experience working as a digital analyst or in a similar data-driven role across different contexts

Solid understanding of data and analytics and how data, technology and communication work together

Experience contributing to commercial outcomes and identifying opportunities

Strong collaboration skills and experience working across teams and/or with different stakeholders

Clear and adaptable communication skills

A constructive, solutions-oriented mindset

Experience using AI-supported tools or methods within analytics delivery is a strong advantage
