Paid Social Specialist

We're looking for someone who can take full ownership of our paid social channels for the Swedish market and turn them into a strong driver of growth across our brands. This is a hands-on role where you'll be planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that bring in new customers and keep them engaged.

What will you be doing?

  • Own and lead all our paid social channels (Meta, Snapchat).
  • Creating and adapting Swedish ad copy and creatives (using in-house tools or external freelancers).
  • Setting up and managing campaigns: targeting, budgets, and bid optimization.
  • Continuously run experiments (A/B tests, audience segmentation, creative testing, bidding strategies).
  • Report and evaluate performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, retention) and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with search marketing colleagues to align cross-channel performance and budgets.

Who are you?

  • You are a native-level Swedish speaker with excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience working within a Paid Social Media position with hands-on experience in paid social campaign management.
  • Sharp analytical mindset with decisions backed by data.
  • An eye for quality in both text and visuals with the ability to identify strong creative ideas, craft compelling Swedish ad copy, and deliver professional content even with limited resources.
  • Resourceful in creating and managing creatives without a dedicated design team.
  • Comfortable owning your area, but collaborative when it comes to cross-team projects.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment where things change quickly.
