As Junior IT Support, you will play a key role in ensuring our colleagues have the tools and technology they need to succeed. You'll be the person they turn to when challenges arise, solving problems quickly and efficiently while keeping business operations running smoothly. At Peak Performance you'll be working in a dynamic and global organization, where teamwork and passion are key factors for our success. This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term position based on-site at Peak Performance HQ in Stockholm and reporting to Head of IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, network, and system issues at our Stockholm HQ.
- Resolve cases escalated from our Group IT service desk and collaborate closely with them to solve complex problems.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware setup, access rights, and software licenses.
- Ensure seamless IT operations that keep the business running smoothly.
Job Requirements:
- Genuine interest in computers and technology.
- Completed an IT-focused program in high school or equivalent knowledge.
- Previous experience in service-oriented roles.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Flexible, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- A proactive team player who enjoys helping others and takes initiative.
