Account Manager, Inside Sales

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will primarily be responsible for helping grow our business by acquiring new customers across Sweden. Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing and driving growth for a portfolio of small and mid-sized customers in Sweden by acquiring new customers and building relations with existing customers.
Supporting and developing existing portfolios .
Developing and executing the long-term strategy for the Public Sector, including tender platform analysis and workflow standardization.
Meeting and exceeding targets for new customer acquisition, price negotiation, and portfolio management via phone and virtual meetings.
Developing and maintaining a high level of industry sector and technical knowledge.
Collaborating with internal teams to acquire necessary domain knowledge and to help provide solutions to new and existing customers.
We are looking for a results-driven, customer- focused individual with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to take initiative in their role. We also look for:
A minimum of 3 years experience in an inside sales role, ideally with a blend of customer care and new business acquisition
Experience in leveraging digital tools (e.g., phone, google suite, video conferencing, CRM) for portfolio management, customer acquisition, and customer experience.
Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
An ability to positively influence others, fostering cooperation and balancing people-centricity with results-orientation
Highly organized and structured in the way you work
Team player with excellent listening skills
