Clinical Consultant JnJ Medtech Electrophysiology- Gothenburg, Sweden
Are you passionate about advancing healthcare technology and providing exceptional clinical support? We are looking for a motivated Clinical Consultant to join our dynamic team at JnJ Medtech Electrophysiology in Sweden

In this role, you will be responsible for offering top-tier clinical support to our accounts. Your expertise will help educate customers on our innovative technology, ensuring they can utilize our products effectively

Objectives Of the Position

To support the customer in the use of JnJ Medtech Electrophysiology products

  • Clinical Support to customers during procedures
  • Focus on customer "training" to achieve account (technology) independence on our products within agreed time frames
  • Increase our product penetration in the accounts
  • Optimize practitioner efficiency through optimal product usage
  • Drive and increase the penetration of our products within your assigned accounts.

Play an active role, in collaboration with the Business Development Manager, in the introduction of new technologies to the accounts in the territory

  • Clinical presentations of the technology
  • Set up and execute product training program for the accounts
  • Active clinical support during the initial procedures and follow-up
  • Training/coaching on product usage with the goal of getting the customer independent on product usage
  • Regular follow-up with accounts post product introduction
  • Base technology adoption

Working in a close relationship with the Business Development Manager, to effectively implement the sales strategy for the territory and ensure that sales objectives are met in a precise and competent manner.

  • Identify customer needs and position our products to match them

Education & Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level preferably biotechnical engineers, nurse and or scientific
  • Located in Gothenburg or nearby area
  • Previous clinical/engineering/paramedical experience – 2 year
  • Experience within electrophysiology/cardiology (preferable)
  • Written and verbal English communication
  • Computer software package skills
