What will you do?
Prospect and identify new B2B customers in the German market
Make a high volume of daily cold calls to generate qualified leads
Book meetings with potential clients and hand them over to Sales Executives
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a high-quality sales pipeline
Track your activities and performance in HubSpot CRM
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to improve conversion
Meet weekly and monthly KPIs
Celebrate wins with your energetic team
Candidate profile
Driven, resilient, and goal-oriented
Thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments
Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
Structured and proactive multitasker
Fluent in German (native or near-native) and English
Open to relocation or already based in Gothenburg
Bonus: experience in B2B sales or SDR role
Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs
Bonus: background in SaaS, tech, or logistics
Bonus: speaks Swedish
