Om rollen:
Som Traffic Controller  blir du en nyckelspelare i vår kunds dagliga drift. Ditt arbete kretsar kring kommunikation - du är den som håller ihop allt genom att hantera kontakter med förare, kunder och kollegor via telefon och chatt. Din förmåga att kommunicera tydligt och lösa problem i realtid kommer att göra direkt skillnad för verksamheten.

Dina arbetsuppgifter:

  • Övervaka och samordna transporter i realtid
  • Proaktivt identifiera och lösa logistiska utmaningar
  • Ge professionell support till förare och kunder via telefon och chatt
  • Samarbeta med olika team för att optimera flöden
  • Hantera kommunikation på både svenska och engelska

  • Är lösningsorienterad och proaktiv
  • Trivs med att ta ansvar och fatta beslut
  • Behärskar svenska och engelska obehindrat i tal och skrift
  • Är van vid att kommunicera via telefon och digitala plattformar
  • Är stresstålig och hanterar dynamiska situationer med lätthet

  • Start: Omgående
  • Arbetstid: Kvällar, enligt rullande schema (måndag - söndag)
  • Arbetsplats: Stockholm City
  • Omfattning: Deltid
  • Lön: Enligt kollektivavtal
