We are dedicated to providing great online shopping experiences and are on the lookout for a Commercial Controller to join us on this journey for our two Nordic marketplaces: CDON and Fyndiq.

About the role

Are you passionate about uncovering trends, analysing data and supporting business decisions through data? Do you thrive on transforming datasets into actionable insights? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As our Commercial Controller, you will work hands-on with sales, traffic, and category data to help us understand performance, identify opportunities, and support decision-making across our two marketplaces., You will be the go-to person for analyzes of our sales performance across various dimensions, providing critical insights to optimize our commercial strategies and achieve our growth objectives.

Responsibilities includes

  • Analyze sales performance across categories, products, markets, and channels
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Support the commercial departments with structured insights and recommendations
  • Work with acquisition and retention data to understand customer behavior
  • Contribute with analysis and recommendations that helps optimize marketing performance
  • Track category-level development and highlight growth areas or underperforming segments
  • Provide insights to help guide category and commercial decisions
  • Conduct light market research and support with competitor analysis
  • Contribute to understanding broader market dynamics and potential opportunities
  • Support the development and upkeep of dashboards and recurring reports
  • Ensure key performance data is accurate, structured, and accessible
  • Provide input for forecasting processes through data validation and performance analysis
  • Respond to business questions with clear, accurate and timely analysis
  • Support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day needs with data-driven insights

Who are we looking for

You may have started your career as a business analyst, junior controller, data analyst, or in a commercial analytics role. Now you're ready to take more ownership and broaden your impact. We believe you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar
  • 1–3 years of experience in a finance, data or commercial analytics role
  • Solid skills in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical abilities and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Interest in e-commerce, marketplace dynamics, or digital business models
