Now, we're looking for a
skilled Business Controller
to join our high-performing European FP&A team in
Stockholm
.

You'll be part of a group of five analysts who support our operations across more than 15 European markets, driving financial insight, strategic decision-making, and growth.

finance, data, people, and strategy

You Will

• Partner with the business – Own the P&L and budget responsibility for several countries and functions. Monitor performance and guide strategic decisions that shape our future.
• Collaborate across Europe – Work closely with stakeholders in multiple markets, maintaining a forward-looking and commercial perspective.
• Lead planning & analysis – Drive financial planning processes, analyze performance, and contribute to business cases, reporting, and ad-hoc financial projects.
• Champion improvement – Enhance FP&A tools, data quality, and processes to make finance more transparent and impactful.
• Grow together – Be part of a humble, collaborative, and high-performing team that values learning, sharing best practices, and supporting each other's growth.

What You'll Bring

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience as a Business Controller or FP&A Analyst, with a strong commercial mindset.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with BI tools such as QlikSense or Looker.
• The ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset, you're ready to take ownership, embrace change, and make an impact.
• Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
