What You'll Do


• Create valuable, beautiful, and implementable UX/UI design driven by data and research.

• Drive design deliveries independently or within cross-functional teams.

• Work with design systems to maintain consistency across platforms.

• Engage directly with stakeholders to align on project goals and outcomes.

• Foster a positive work environment and design culture by mentoring junior designers and sharing expertise.

• Take ownership of design processes, from brief to final delivery.


What We're Looking For


• 3+ years proven experience in digital product design, creating impactful user experiences with a strong UI focus and attention to detail.

• A solid portfolio demonstrating your craft.

• Skilled in Figma, with a solid understanding of creating and maintaining design systems.

• Strong experience in making your designs implementable and aligned with platform and developer needs.

• Able to clearly articulate design rationale, connecting decisions to user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

• Fluent in English, with good working proficiency in Swedish.
