Junior Product Designer - Stockholm

Overview
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into broader product design responsibilities. As a Junior Product Designer, you'll support our design team in creating high-quality digital product designs with a strong focus on execution in Figma.

Responsibilities

• Work in Figma to create, adapt, and refine product designs.
• Translate brand guidelines and requirements into polished, consistent design outputs using our design system.
• Prepare design files and documentation for smooth collaboration with developers.
• Participate in internal design reviews and alignment meetings.
• Support customer communication and facilitate branding kick-off meetings
• Contribute to our design system by maintaining components and design tokens.
• Support additional design tasks as needed, with opportunities to expand into broader product design.

Requirements

• Education or practical experience in product or web design.
• Strong skills in Figma.
• High attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
• Comfortable working with feedback and collaborating across teams.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of design tokens and front-end handover.
• Curiosity and drive to grow as a product designer.
