You've been in the game for a few years. You've recruited across different areas; tech, analytics, marketing, and you actually enjoy that mix. You know how to read both a person and a business need. You know when to challenge, when to move fast, and when to dig deeper. You don't sit around waiting for perfect briefs, you help create them.
You work with urgency but never lose focus on quality. You like the chase, building your own pipeline, going out to find the people everyone else misses. You think like a builder, not a service provider. You know that your work shapes the future of the company, one hire at a time.
