Your workday
As Head of Customer Service at Speeron, you'll lead the shift from traditional email and phone support to a modern, portal-based service—introducing digital tools and new workflows that make it easier for customers to log issues, track progress, and access help articles independently. You own the operating model: workflows, processes, SLAs, and KPIs that deliver faster responses, higher quality, and better customer experience. You'll implement and drive adoption of tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365/CE), build a knowledge base and reporting, and ensure consistent ways of working across sites.
As Head of Customer Service, you will lead the Stockholm-based support team and collaborate closely with project leaders and technicians who also contribute to support and installations. The wider organization spans Sweden, Poland, Finland, Norway, Denmark Baltics and Germany, so you'll coordinate across locations and time zones, handle escalations, run regular reviews with key customers, and partner tightly with Sales, Projects, and Finance as well as system vendors.
Who are you?
To succeed in the role Head of Customer Service, we believe you have:
- Proven experience building and leading customer service teams, ideally internationally
- Strong change leader who can introduce new ways of working and drive portal/self-service adoption
- Comfortable working with data, SLAs, and KPIs to steer performance
- Experience with CRM/ERP (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365/CE, Sales / Business Central)
- Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external partners
- Confident in customer dialogue, escalation handling, and expectation management
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
