Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
Responsible for training of agents, including training on products, installation and implementation, after-sales problem solving, robot uses and other related functions.
Maintain customer relationships; provide technical support, including remote guidance, on-site solution of after-sales problems and needs, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Accompany with sales personnel to visit customers and provide on-site technical support; travel independently to conduct installation and implementation training for agents.
Continuously follow up the use of products to improve customers' product usage.
Provide technical support for the promotion of new products. For example, demonstrate new product functions, build demonstration platform, assist sales engineers to carry out technical communication with customers.
Responsible for the output of technical documents, including configuration scheme, implementation scheme, trouble-shooting manual, etc.
Continuously follow up the quality performance of products and put forward suggestions for technical improvements.
工作职责:
1、负责代理商培训,包含产品,安装实施,售后问题处理,机器人使用以及其他相关功能的培训;
2、负责客户关系维护,向客户提供技术支持,包括远程指导或现场解决客户售后问题或需求,提升客户满意度;
3、陪同销售到客户现场拜访客户,提供现场技术支持;独立出差到现场,对代理商进行安装实施培训,进行技术交流,安装部署等;
4、持续跟踪产品使用状况,提升客户产品使用率;
5、为公司新产品的推广工作提供技术支持。如展示新产品功能,搭建演示平台,协助销售工程师与客户进行技术交流;
6、负责相关技术文档撰写;包括配置方案、实施方案、故障手册等,并翻译成对应外语;
7、持续跟踪产品的质量状况,不断提出技术改进建议。
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in science and engineering preferred, English and Chinese can be used as working language.
Minimum 1 year of technical or after-sales team management experience in Mechanical automation industry is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, strong execution ability, and adaptability to frequent business trips or stationing.
