Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced
Onsite Desktop Support Engineer
to provide high-quality technical support to end-users across our Stockholm office. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows and Mac OS environments, hardware troubleshooting, SCCM, and M365 services, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and test desktop applications and operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS).
- Respond to IT support requests and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues.
- Deliver onsite and remote technical support, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
- Provide meeting room, AV, VIP, and print support across the workplace.
- Troubleshoot complex desktop, laptop, and peripheral problems.
- Perform Active Directory tasks (password resets, account setup).
- Support M365 apps including Teams, Outlook, and MFA configuration.
- Manage SCCM deployments and hardware rollout activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, fixes, and procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support / Technical Support Engineer (4–6 years).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for
Windows OS

macOS
, and hardware issues. - Hands-on experience with
SCCM
,
M365
, Teams, and Outlook. - Knowledge of
Active Directory
, Azure Portal, MFA, and password reset procedures. - Familiarity with
web services, APIs, and IP-based protocols
. - Strong understanding of computer hardware & networking fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Good to Have
- Experience with
Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
. - Knowledge of
GitLab
or similar version control tools. - AV/Meeting room support expertise.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
