Your Workday

As a Technical Engineer at Speeron, you'll have a varied and evolving role, working with both projects and support You'll be involved from start to finish in customer projects: planning, coordinating, and ensuring everything runs smoothly during network and digital system installations and deployments.

In your daily work, you'll handle troubleshooting and problem-solving within networks, WiFi, IPTV, and digital signage, dealing with both simpler questions and more advanced technical challenges.

As a Technical Engineer, you'll have regular contact with customers and partners, often guiding them through technical challenges and solutions. The role is based at our modern office in Solna, but it also requires travel to customer sites across Sweden and occasionally abroad. This is a great opportunity to grow, take responsibility, and contribute to shaping both your own and the company's development.

Who are you?

To succeed in the role of Technical Engineer, we believe you have:

  • Several years of experience with networks (TCP/IP, routing/switching, WLAN)
  • Experience in installing/configuring network equipment and services (DNS, DHCP, multicast/IGMP)
  • Ability to perform site surveys and create network designs
  • Skilled in troubleshooting/log analysis in complex environments
  • Confident in customer dialogue and technical leadership with partners/suppliers
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It's a plus if you have experience with IPTV/TV distribution and digital signage.

As a person, you are self-driven and collaborative, you prioritize wisely, communicate early and clearly. You take ownership, thrive in change, are structured, curious, and quick to learn—without getting stuck in silos.
