The opportunity

ServiceNow has revolutionized IT Service Management and moved on into Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and HR Service Delivery. Now, there is a momentum toward
Source-to-Pay and Vendor Management
— areas ready for the same transformation. With ServiceNow automation, organizations can eliminate fragmented workflows, accelerate approvals, and gain visibility into supplier performance, compliance, and risk.

At the same time,
ServiceNow AI and next-generation data models
are redefining how platforms learn, predict, and act. You'll help clients navigate this change — blending architecture, innovation, and delivery to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

The role

We're looking for an experienced
ServiceNow Consultant or Architect
with
5–7+ years of hands-on platform experience
, capable of leading agile implementation teams and shaping solutions from concept to deployment.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and delivery
  of ServiceNow solutions across Source-to-Pay and Vendor Management.
• Serve as
  solution architect
  — guiding design decisions, ensuring scalability, and aligning business goals with platform capabilities.
• Lead agile teams through sprints, backlog refinement, and delivery execution.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand needs, co-create roadmaps, and ensure adoption and value realization.
• Explore and apply ServiceNow AI capabilities to improve workflow intelligence and predictive operations.
• Contribute to our
  practice development
  — mentoring colleagues and shaping how we work with emerging ServiceNow domains.

What we're looking for

• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
• Proven ability to
  lead projects
  and work in
  agile development environments
  .
• Experience with
  ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM
  or equivalent next-generation configuration/data modeling.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data flows, and integrations.
• Interest in or early experience with
  ServiceNow AI
  and automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — with a focus on understanding client needs and driving joint success.
