Onsite Desktop Support Engineer:
For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Onsite Desktop Support Engineer for a long contract based in Stockholm, Sweden

Role Description:
Onsite Desktop Support Engineer responsible for providing end-user IT support in Sweden (Swedish + English language). Responsibilities include:
- Installation, assessment, and testing of desktop applications.
- Support for Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Responding to IT support requests (onsite & remote).
- Diagnosing software, network, and hardware issues.
- Meeting Room/AV support, VIP support, Print support.
- Active Directory password reset, Azure portal, MFA support.
- Troubleshooting complex hardware/software issues.
- SCCM deployments & Windows OS troubleshooting.
- Supporting M365 services including Teams & Outlook.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and critical thinking.
Essential Skills:
- Windows 10/11 OS support
- macOS support
- Hardware troubleshooting
- SCCM deployments
- M365, Teams, Outlook configuration
- AD password reset, Azure portal, MFA support
- Meeting Room/AV/VIP/Print support
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, IP-based protocols
- Strong communication & time management
