Hiring: Business Analysis Stream Lead – Banking/Finance

Location: Stockholm | Hybrid (80% onsite)

Candidate must already be in Sweden - Valid work permit required. No sponsorship available.

·       We are supporting a major transformation program in the financial sector and are now looking for an experienced Stream Lead with strong Business Analysis expertise. In this role, you will lead a dedicated sub-stream, drive requirements work, shape migration plans, and ensure end-to-end alignment between business needs and technical delivery.


What you will do

·       Lead a substream within a large transformation program

·       Drive requirements analysis, requirements definition, and solution design

·       Translate business needs into feasible, sustainable technical solutions

·       Lead and co-create migration plans with business stakeholders

·       Participate in testing, support UAT, and ensure solutions meet business & technical expectations

·       Support change management, including communication and training

·       Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across business & IT

What you bring

·       Solid experience in requirements management & analysis

·       Hands-on experience defining and leading migration plans in large programs

·       Strong understanding of technical validation, testing processes, and operational impacts

·       Ability to translate business needs into clear technical solution proposals

·       Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments

·       Confident in leading communication, workshops, training, and UAT

·       Structured, analytical, and able to see the big picture

·       Experience with PEGA or similar BPM/workflow platforms is a plus

·       Strong stakeholder management and decision-anchoring skills

·       Independent, proactive, and able to act as an advisor on complex topics

Must Have:

·       Must be currently based in Sweden

·       Must have a valid work permit/visa - No sponsorship provided

·       Has previous experience working at Swedbank (or a similar major Swedish bank)

·       Has some experience with PEGA (not expert-level, but familiar enough)

·       Has testing experience (UAT, system testing, validation, etc.)

·       English-speaking is required; Swedish is preferred.
