As a full-time intern in our Nordic Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team, you will be given the opportunity to work for three months in Stockholm and three months in Helsinki. This is a rotating Internship program where you'll be part of a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment, contributing directly to live transactions and strategic advisory work. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analysis of companies, industries, and credit markets, preparing pitch materials and investor presentations, and supporting the execution of bond and debt-related deals.
You'll collaborate closely with our dedicated team and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of DCM transactions, from origination to execution. This is a unique opportunity to develop a solid foundation in capital markets and corporate finance, while working in a team that values initiative, precision, and analytical thinking.
The internship is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, but no later than Q The first three months will be in Stockholm, followed by three months in Helsinki.
Key Responsibilities- Processes and analyse company and sector data
- Coordinate and align work-streams across teams
- Preparation of presentations and pitches
- Perform various deal execution tasks related to ongoing projects and live transactions
- Strong interest and knowledge of the Nordic financial markets
- Excellent academic results in relevant studies
- Structured and detail-oriented with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ambitious, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Finnish, English and Swedish
