Vi rekryterar nu en Investment Banking Analyst till en entreprenöriell M&A-rådgivare i Stockholm. Här arbetar du nära ägarledda bolag och investerare. Bolaget fortsätter expandera och söker därför en analytisk och kommersiellt nyfiken person som vill vara med och bidra och utvecklas i en högpresterande miljö.

Om rollen

Som Investment Banking Analyst blir du en del av ett engagerat dealteam där du stöttar i analysarbetet och arbetar nära teamet i både transaktioner och affärsutveckling. Rollen passar dig som är nyexaminerad eller har upp till ett års relevant erfarenhet och som motiveras av att vara med och utveckla både affärer och verksamhet.

I arbetet ingår bland annat:


• Finansiell modellering, värderingar och kvantitativa analyser


• Marknads- och bolagsanalyser kopplade till affärsutveckling och transaktionsprocesser


• Framtagning av pitchmaterial och beslutsunderlag


• Stöd genom hela transaktionscykeln


• Bidra med idéer kring hur bolaget kan växa, utveckla erbjudandet och stärka kundrelationer

Din bakgrund


• Civilekonom eller har motsvarande utbildning


• Har stark analytisk förmåga och ett genuint kommersiellt driv


• Är trygg i Excel och gärna har med fördel viss erfarenhet av modellering


• Kommunicerar tydligt och har lätt för att förstå vad som driver affärer


• Är proaktiv, prestigelös och trivs i en entreprenöriell miljö där alla bidrar till helheten

Erfarenhet från M&A, corporate finance, transaction services, private equity eller management consulting är meriterande men inte avgörande.
