As a full-time intern in our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team, you'll be part of a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment where you contribute directly to live transactions and strategic advisory work. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analysis of companies, industries, and credit markets, preparing pitch materials and investor presentations, and supporting the execution of bond and debt-related deals.

You'll collaborate closely with our dedicated team and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of DCM transactions, from origination to execution. This is a unique opportunity to develop a solid foundation in capital markets and corporate finance, while working in a team that values initiative, precision, and analytical thinking.

The internship is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, but no later than January 2026, and lasting for three to six months, depending on your availability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processes and analyse company and sector data
  • Coordinate and align work-streams across teams
  • Preparation of presentations and pitches
  • Perform various deal execution tasks related to ongoing projects and live transactions

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest and knowledge of the Nordic financial markets
  • Excellent academic results in relevant studies
  • Structured and detail-oriented with strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and team-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Swedish
