About the Rol

d Account Executiv
e to manage and grow relationships with key clients across the Nordic region. You will play a central role in driving revenue, deepening customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland

- esBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients across the Nordic marke
- tsUnderstand client needs and match them with our product offeri
- ngDrive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisiti
- onIndependently prospect and create new business opportunities within the regi
- onLead complex sales processes involving senior stakeholders such as CEOs and HR leade
- rsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delive
- ryRepresent the company at Nordic industry events, meetings, and conferenc
- esContribute to regional go-to-market strategies and support growth across all Nordic countri

Qualifications & Experie**
- nceProven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the Nordic reg
- ionAbility to manage complex stakeholder processes and successfully close deals with senior decision-mak
- ersStrong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and K
- PIsSkilled in prospecting and building a pipeline from scra
- tchExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation ski
- llsFluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish); additional languages are a strong advant
