If you are a highly motivated Field Service Specialist with technical experience from the Food & Beverage industry, we have an opening for a new position in Ecolab's Food & Beverage division in Sweden.

What will you do:

As a member of our Swedish Food & Beverage team, you will be assigned a customer portfolio in southern Sweden, where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Your primary focus will be on customers and businesses within the beverage, brewery, and food production sectors.

In the role you will:

  • Provide exceptional service and optimize processes for existing customers.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and actively pursue business opportunities together with our Technical Excellence Experts.
  • Demonstrate expertise in food and beverage production environments.
  • Establish strong partnerships with customers.
  • Deliver strong presence, service & support for customers at site, working remotely from home, but spending most days at customers in south Sweden.
  • The role involves 10-15 overnight stays annually and occasional work outside standard hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience from the food and beverage industry either with technical sales or coming from a technical/production background.
  • Understanding of food and beverage production processes, including CIP knowledge / optimizations
  • Educated inside food production – breweries, dairy etc.
  • High level of independence, self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in written and verbal Swedish and English is a must as well as being able to use Microsoft Office, CRM systems, reporting systems and such.
  • B driving license
