We are hiring Jira Solutions Engineer – Jira Service Management (Cloud)for the position based in Sweden (Remote).
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Jira Solutions Engineer with strong expertise in Jira Service Management (JSM) Cloud. The selected candidate will be responsible for building, managing, maintaining, and continuously improving our Atlassian ecosystem, with a primary focus on Jira Service Management Cloud and Confluence Cloud. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and user-friendly Jira solutions aligned with business requirements.
Required Experience/Competences:
- 5-8 years of Proven experience as a Jira Service Management Administrator within Atlassian Cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of Jira Service Management Cloud configuration and administration.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python for customization.
- Hands-on experience with Jira Automation and ScriptRunner for Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks or an ITIL Certification.
- Relevant certifications such as Atlassian Certified Administrator or equivalent
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.
- Comfortable voicing ideas and helping build consensus across teams.
