We are now looking for a
Brand Engagement Manager
to play a pivotal role strengthening our brand presence and narrative across social media, PR, and community touchpoints.

About the Role

As Casall's Brand Engagement Manager, you will report to the CMO and be part of our brand and creative team. Your role is to translate our brand direction into daily communication that inspires, engages, and drives measurable impact.

You will own our social media presence, lead storytelling across channels, and manage relationships with media and creators. You will co-lead selected brand experiences together with the team, including a large-scale brand event in collaboration with internal functions and external partners.

  • Based at our office in Stockholm
  • Working closely with the CMO, Brand Activation, Creative and E-commerce teams
  • Turning brand strategy and positioning into communication that drives awareness, desirability and traffic
  • Ensuring our tone, content and presence reflect Casall's heritage in performance, quality and design
  • Connecting brand expression to business outcomes through continuous learning, tracking and optimization

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute our social media and content strategy across platforms
  • Plan, produce and publish content that strengthens brand storytelling and visual identity
  • Set KPIs, follow performance closely, and connect results to awareness, engagement and conversion
  • Lead PR outreach and media relations, including story development and press communication
  • Build and nurture relationships with creators, influencers and key partners
  • Co-lead selected brand experience initiatives together with the team and external collaborators
  • Evaluate channel and campaign performance and translate insights into continuous improvement
  • Contribute to site and channel optimization with a basic understanding of SEO and A/B testing

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years' experience in Social Media, PR and Content Communications
  • Experience working with premium or lifestyle-driven brands
  • A strong eye for aesthetics, cultural awareness and brand tonality
  • Analytical mindset with genuine interest in performance follow-up and optimization
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects with precision and structure
  • Collaborative — confident owning your work while working closely with the team
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
  • Passion for training, wellness and movement is considered a strong plus
