The RoleWe're looking for a visionary leader to define and elevate Magma's global brand. You'll shape how the world perceives us — aligning our story, message, and identity across markets.
With strong traction in Sweden, the U.S., and the U.K., it's time to unify our brand globally and communicate the transformative impact we deliver to teachers, students, and society.
You'll work closely with our founders and VP of Marketing to set strategic targets, define success metrics, and bring our brand vision to life. You'll lead external world-class partners on positioning, narrative, and design — while ensuring consistent, authentic execution across every channel and region.
What you'll do:- This is the role for a creative, analytical, and ambitious leader ready to build one of the most recognized brands in educational AI.
- Own and drive all initiatives to define, articulate, and grow Magma's brand.
- Ensure brand consistency and coherence across all markets and campaigns.
- Partner with the VP of Marketing to craft narratives that resonate deeply with educators and decision-makers.
- Lead PR and communications initiatives to strengthen visibility and credibility in key markets.
- Translate brand strategy into measurable business impact — driving awareness, engagement, and long-term growth.
- Be a strategic brand leader with a sharp eye for storytelling and an obsession with clarity and consistency.
- Be ambitious, structured, and relentlessly outcome-driven
- Be a hands-on project leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Be deeply curious about human behavior — and skilled at turning insights into powerful stories and campaigns.
- Be a collaborative communicator and natural leader who inspires teams and external partners alike.
- Be comfortable moving between strategy and execution — from defining positioning to reviewing design and copy.
