Our client, a leading global organization within real estate and workplace management, is seeking an experienced Business Unit Lead to oversee a key regional account based in Stockholm. This position will have full operational and financial responsibility for regional performance, including leadership of the onsite delivery team.

The Business Unit Lead will act as the primary point of contact for the client's leadership team, ensuring operational excellence across all workplace and facilities functions. This is a senior, client-facing role requiring strong stakeholder management, financial acumen, and a proven ability to lead large, diverse teams within a complex corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the senior regional contact for the client, developing strong, trust-based relationships and a clear understanding of their strategic objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing onsite operations team
  • Manage the regional budget and P&L, ensuring operational and financial targets are met.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across departments and supplier networks to achieve cost and service optimization.
  • Represent the organization in governance and review meetings, demonstrating strong presentation and influencing skills.
  • Ensure alignment of operational processes and policies with overall account strategy and contractual commitments.
  • Oversee the implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years' senior leadership experience in real estate, facilities management, or a related operational field.
  • Proven success in managing large teams and P&L accountability.
  • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills at senior levels.
  • Experienced in financial and commercial planning, contract management, and operational governance.
  • Strategic and hands-on leader with the ability to drive transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Confident, collaborative, and business-minded professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
