Nu söker Autolease, som är ett affärsområde inom DNB Bank, efter en noggrann och serviceinriktad rådgivare till sitt härliga team med kontor i centrala Stockholm.

Om tjänsten

Du kommer att sitta som finansiell rådgivare och ansvara för ärenden som gäller den operationella billeasingen för företagskunder. Teamet består av sex engagerade medarbetare samt en gruppchef. Här stöttar man varandra och har högt i tak.

I ditt arbete kommer du både att hantera ärenden via mail och telefon. Du kommer exempelvis att arbeta med:

  • offertförfrågningar
  • registrering och uppstart av leasingavtal
  • allmänna frågor och support gällande operationell billeasing

Vem är du

Vi söker dig som har gymnasieutbildning, gärna inom ekonomi, och något års arbetslivserfarenhet – eller är nyexaminerad och vill ta ditt nästa steg inom finansbranschen.

Du är datorvan, har goda kunskaper i Officepaketet och uttrycker dig obehindrat på både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Som person är du strukturerad, då rollen innebär mycket administration där noggrannhet är viktigt. Du är serviceinriktad och lösningsorienterad, eftersom du är en del av en kundsupport. Vidare är du prestigelös och har en stark teamkänsla.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av billeasing eller ett intresse för bilar. Har du dessutom arbetat i CRM-system som Salesforce, eller är van att använda digitala verktyg och AI i ditt dagliga arbete för att effektivisera processer, ses det som ett stort plus.
