Vill du vara med att forma och utveckla hur AI används i en av Nordens mest dynamiska IT-organisationer? På itm8 söker vi nu en person som vill driva konkreta AI-initiativ i vår verksamhet samt till våra kunder – med fokus på både Microsofts AI-plattformar och andra ledande teknologier som Nvidia, Meta och open source-ramverk.

Som AI Solution Manager hos oss blir du en nyckelperson i att identifiera, utveckla och implementera AI-lösningar som förbättrar våra interna processer. Du kommer att arbeta nära verksamheten för att förstå behov, prioritera use cases och omsätta idéer till skalbara lösningar. Du får också en viktig roll i att höja AI-mognaden i organisationen genom workshops, utbildningar och förändringsledning.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:
  • Identifiera och prioritera interna AI-use cases automatisk ticket-routing, prediktivt underhåll, offertautomatisering)
  • Utveckla och produktionssätta AI-lösningar i samarbete med verksamheten
  • Arbeta med Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Power Platform – samt gärna även andra AI-ramverk som TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, Nvidia AI eller Meta Llama
  • Bidra till AI-governance, best practices och intern kunskapsspridning
  • Hålla dig uppdaterad om trender inom AI och föreslå nya verktyg och metoder
  • Stötta i externa kunddialoger där AI är en strategisk komponent
  • Vara delaktig som expert i itm8 AI council
Vi ser gärna att du har några års erfarenhet inom:
  • Leda och utveckla AI/ML-projekt, självklart i någon molnmiljö
  • Goda kunskaper i Python och ML-ramverk som scikit-learn, spaCy, Transformers
  • AI-livscykeln i form av modellträning, inferens, drift, MLOps
  • Arbetat med LLM:er, NLP, generativ AI och prompt engineering
  • Kommunicera AI-koncept på ett pedagogiskt och inspirerande sätt för olika målgrupper

Meriterande är om du även har erfarenhet inom:

  • Erfarenhet av Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform.
  • Kunskap om AI-tillämpningar inom DevOps, ERP, CRM eller BI.
  • Intresse för datahantering, dataskydd och AI-governance.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta i matrisorganisationer och leda förändring.
