The Role
As an AI Developer, you will be part of a team that is responsible for our organization's AI-focused initiatives, unlocking the full potential of artificial intelligence to create transformative solutions for our business opportunities. With your expertise in generative AI, you and your team will lead the charge in crafting cutting-edge AI strategies and solutions. You will be pivotal in defining how we apply AI solutions to business problems, mainly through usage of LLMs from various providers. We want to deeply integrate AI across our organization, drive innovation and ensure that AI is a clear part of our business strategy.

You will be reporting to our AI Engineering Manager.

Who You Are
You are an experienced and driven software engineer who has been part of the Generative AI wave, and both experimented with and shipped applications to real users. Complex challenges do not deter you; they intrigue you. You tackle them methodically, finding practical solutions that truly make a difference.

You prefer working in a team with developers, designers and product managers and deeply collaborate with your team rather than working from specifications. You communicate effectively and can discuss the pros and cons of different options in constructive ways.

As the AI field is moving forward at enormous speed, you are constantly following tech news for interesting developments that you can use to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, and product managers, to define requirements, deliver and maintain AI solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in generative AI, actively following open-source projects and explore innovative AI technologies that can benefit the organization.
  • Document architecture designs, algorithms, and best practices for knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Assist and inspire AI development done by other teams in the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably using Python and FastAPI for backend, and React for frontend development. Experience from other languages is also valued as we're always open to using the best tool for the task at hand.
  • Proven experience with building applications for real users, spanning design, frontend, backend, databases and infrastructure. We don't require deep experience in all areas.
  • Proficiency in Swedish

Location
We highly value the opportunity to collaborate closely with our Stockholm-based team in person. At the same time, we recognize the importance of having uninterrupted time for deep focus. Therefore, our team follows a hybrid setup, typically spending 3 days at the Stockholm office and 2 days working remotely from home, allowing for a flexible approach that combines the best of both worlds.
