Job Description

We are looking for an AI Engineer.

In this role, you will work at the forefront of technological development and help shape the AI solutions of the future. You will be part of an innovative and collaborative team focused on creating solutions that make a difference, both for customers and colleagues.

The role focuses on cross-functional, cutting-edge teams within Data & AI that build end-to-end solutions and manage the entire application lifecycle. Work involves both customer-facing platforms and internal systems, including a central GPT solution used by over 6,000 employees to streamline workflows, decision-making, and knowledge sharing.

The role has three focus areas:

Language Models:

Develop AI solutions based on language models and agent technology that understand user needs and manage information intelligently. This includes work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and agent frameworks to create efficient and user-friendly experiences.

Data Processing:

Develop scalable data pipelines for file uploads and information extraction. Handle conversion, storage, and structuring of data in various formats, and build integrations with other systems.

Operationalization:

Ensure that generative AI solutions run safely, stably, and at scale. This includes deploying, monitoring, and optimizing platforms while ensuring high standards for security, data protection, and transparency.

CI/CD: Azure DevOps

IaC: Bicep

Qualifications:

Experience supporting delivery of external AI customer chat solutions and developing internal GPT tools.

Ability to contribute to ongoing AI initiatives and help the team drive work forward efficiently.

Fluent Swedish and English are required for collaboration with internal teams and clients.
