Qling is building the intelligence behind automated job applications. Our AI pipeline classifies incoming emails, manages application statuses, and interacts with users in smart, intuitive ways — reducing friction and saving time for job seekers.

Your Role: AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer at Qling, you'll refine and expand our current models and integrate them into our
Flask–MySQL–Azure stack
for real-time performance. You'll work closely with the team to push our AI features from prototype to production.

What You'll Do

  • Design, train, and optimize Python-based classifiers (LLMs or traditional ML).
  • Implement and improve inference pipelines within our Flask backend.
  • Contribute to data cleaning, feature engineering, and evaluation workflows.
  • Partner with backend engineers to deploy, monitor, and scale models on Azure.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Python skills, with experience in Flask and either scikit-learn or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with NLP, classification models, and API integration.
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL and cloud deployments (Azure preferred).
  • Curiosity about how AI can drive automation and personalization for users.
