AI Product Manager

About the role

As an AI Product Manager at Odevo, you will drive the identification and development of innovative AI products across all our markets. You'll collaborate closely with Odevo's businesses to spot and prioritize opportunities, and with our tech teams to evaluate the best approaches for building impactful AI solutions.

As AI technology evolves, experience from AI product development combined with insights from other industries will be vital. The Product Manager will be joining the AI team and work closely with the Head of AI Product to define roadmaps, architectural planning, and identifying cross-market opportunities.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the AI development team on prioritization and decision-making to ensure momentum.
• Lead the delivery of agreed product propositions that add significant value to customers and employees.
• Drive efficient, unified working practices aligned with Odevo's best practices.
• Track industry trends, regulations, and competitors to adjust product vision, strategy, and roadmaps as needed.
• Foster a discovery-oriented approach to product development, ensuring alignment with client needs and collecting feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering leads on architectural planning and resource strategy, aligning with Group frameworks and continually enhancing product development practices.
• Work with Head of AI Product to drive Odevo's internal and external AI thought leadership agenda
• Develop internal awareness and training programs to explain both AI's potential and risks.
• Monitor cross-industry AI applications to sharpen Odevo's AI strategy.

• Proficient in prioritizing using both qualitative and quantitative methods to explain complex trade-offs, securing clear conclusions and consensus.
• Excellent communicator, with a passion for tackling complex problems.
• Practical "Product owner" experience from driving a product development team's daily work

Experience:

• Master's degree in relevant area preferred.
• At least 10 years of previous experience as a product leader, product manager, product owner
• Background in delivering AI products is a must.
• Proven track record of leading and coaching a 5 – 10 people product development teams as a Product manager or Product owner.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to create and maintain product business cases.
• A broad understanding and practical experience of agile/scrum development approach to working as well as agile in a scaling multi-team organization.
• Understanding of the PropTech industry is a big plus (but not mandatory).
• Previous experience of working with product development in a service industry is a clear plus.

• Fluent in Swedish and English
