Do you want to work in a dynamic and global organization that puts people at the center? GANT is now looking for an interim People Business Partner to join our headquarters in Stockholm. In this role, you will support our leaders and departments throughout the entire employee journey and contribute to the development of our People & Culture strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders and departments at HQ, coaching them on issues such as labor law, employee relations, recruitment, and difficult conversations.
  • Collaborate with your People Experience team to support the entire employee journey, including onboarding, employee development, engagement, offboarding, and the implementation and continuous improvement of our People & Culture strategy.
  • Participate in global and local People projects, ensuring their execution and alignment.
  • Provide advice and update processes in line with complex legal issues, collaborating with experts when necessary.
  • Manage HR-related aspects of organizational changes and strengthen employee relations.

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • A University degree in HR, psychology or related field and at least 3-5 years of work experience as a HRBP
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and experience coaching leaders on people-related topics.
  • Business-savvy, results-driven, structured and equipped with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in project management – from initiation to implementation and follow-up.
  • Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Extra bonus:

  • Have been in a HRBP role with knowledge in finance, IT or operations
  • Experience of implementing an HR system
