You'll bring our global People strategy to life in the field and drive what Blue Collar Excellence means at Instabee. 

About the role

As People Partner for Group Operations, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders across our operational organisation. You'll help us attract, develop, and retain our teams, support leaders in their day-to-day people topics, and ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience across all terminals. A core part of the role is to strengthen our Blue Collar Excellence agenda — from Health & Safety and work environment routines to skill development, career pathways, and operational people processes.

What you'll do

You'll work closely with Group Operations leaders to understand their business needs and translate them into practical and impactful People initiatives. You'll coach and develop leaders through structured leadership routines, training, and feedback, while supporting workforce planning, team dynamics, and everyday people topics across terminals.

A key responsibility is driving Blue Collar Excellence: contributing to safety culture, supporting relevant training, strengthening systematic work environment routines, and ensuring our career framework is clear and motivating for terminal employees. You'll also help improve and utilise HR tech to streamline processes such as scheduling, attendance and performance routines, and ensure our terminals operate safely, compliantly, and efficiently.

If you bring Nordic experience from this field, it's a bonus but not a requirement.

What we're looking for

  • Experience from operational/blue-collar environments, ideally logistics, retail or similar

  • Solid understanding of external workforce management

  • Strong business mindset — curious about efficiency and operational performance

  • Knowledge of Swedish labour law and CBAs

  • Experience with compensation structures and performance routines

  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills

  • Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working

  • Experience supporting change and transformation

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

Bonus

  • Knowledge of Danish and/or Finnish labour law

  • Experience working in a matrix organisation
