Aceve is developing rapidly and is working hard to conquer the European market of SaaS solutions for tradespeople. To accomplish our ambitious plans, we need to continue building the best people team for the best team of people. The role as People Business Partner plays a crucial part in this journey 

As a People Business Partner, you will drive people-related efforts towards achieving our long-term business plans and ambitions. Aceve is located throughout the Nordics, Germany and The Netherlands. You will be part of an International People & Culture team and your mission is to support our global functions Customer Support, Professional Services and Finance. You will work closely with executives, business leaders and managers to support in various people topics. 
 
This role will be based in Linköping or Stockholm and would require some traveling between our offices. 

Your role is all about our brilliant people, and your focus will be on; 

· Acting as a sounding board and advisor for leaders on all levels in people related questions such as labour law, culture, work environment and performance 
· Supporting the organisation with some employee administration such as employment contracts, performance development and salary reviews 
· Supporting our high set targets on growth by collaborating with the rest of the People & Culture team to input into the overall People (HR) agenda and support the roll out of these in our local teams 
· You will work with People initiatives and projects, to become aligned as one company over our different markets 
· Being a true Aceve ambassador who inspires others to do their best, for us to achieve our goals as a team. 

What skills and experience do you need? 

• Proven track record in execution of people strategies and processes such as People Analytics, Comp & Ben, Performance Development, Onboarding in a high paced international environment 
• Experience from working in a data driven environment where good excel skills is of high value. 
• Coaching skills, on all levels in an organisation 
• Strong knowledge of Swedish labour law – knowledge of labour law in other European markets is a plus. 
• A prestige-less mindset and enjoy working in an environment where you are given a lot of responsibility 
• Independent and get stuff done quickly and accurately 
• Fluency in English, both written and verbaly. Swedish or another nordic language is a plus. 
• You have a bachelor's degree in HR, business or similar field
