Are you a driven and forward-leaning procurement professional seeking to excel within the profession?

Three P is helping Ryds Bilglas, part of Cary Group, with the recruitment of an Indirect Procurement Manager. Ryds bilglas has roots leading back to 1947 and are currently operating in various countries. As the Indirect Procurement Manager, your main responsibility is to lead key indirect spend categories in Sweden and you will directly report to Head of Procurement. This is your chance to be a part of developing strategic procurement activities, contributing to cost and operational improvements.

About the position

You will conduct spend analyses, sourcing, negotiations, contract management, supplier performance and operational purchasing where daily purchasing tasks are combined with long-term strategies development. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading various categories such as IT, Marketing, Workshop Material, Facility Management, Fleet, etc. You will be situated in Stockholm, and the position will require some travelling.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement activities for key indirect spend categories in Sweden
  • Work together with various teams as management and operations as well as Cary Group Procurement
  • Plan and execute all parts of the procurement cycle
  • Deliver measurable savings
  • Continuously update purchasing documents
  • Stakeholder engagement and alignment
  • Execute the whole process from identifying to establishing opportunities valuable from a cost perspective
  • Find, manage, build and optimize a solid suppliers base
  • Ensure efficient P2P processes
  • Ensure procurement activities are in line with the business objectives and company standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of indirect purchasing experience from categories relevant to the position
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • A bachelor or higher degree within procurement, business or similar
  • Experience with P2P systems (Visma, Microsoft Business Central etc) and Excel
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and negotiation
  • Experience of working within the whole purchasing cycle
