About The Role
As a Sourcing Manager in SEB Group Procurement, you will be accountable for providing high-value sourcing services for indirect expenditure. The position entails managing sourcing projects, renegotiating current agreements, identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives, and effectively communicating and collaborating with internal stakeholders. You will ensure alignment across SEB, including cross-country and cross-divisional considerations, mitigate operational risks, and promote process efficiency to achieve business objectives. Significant collaboration with SEB's sourcing professionals - including Category Managers - is an essential aspect of this role.

To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have

  • 3–5 years of experience in sourcing and indirect procurement
  • Ability to understand strategic changes and translate them into business processes or requirements
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, collaboration, and motivation skills with stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Experience managing client and vendor relationships, analytical mindset, ability to present complex data to stakeholders, and commitment to continuous learning
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
