Omnichannel & Digital Director
you will play a strategic and operational role in driving our brands' presence across multiple digital touchpoints for our Architectural Coatings EMEA Business. You will play a strategic and operational leadership role driving digital growth, customer experience excellence, and omnichannel integration across 26 countries and 36 brands within PPG's Architectural Coatings business. This role will shape and execute a comprehensive digital strategy, covering e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer experience for both B2B and B2C segments, to deliver connected, seamless, and measurable experiences across all touchpoints

At this role you will report to the Vice President, Marketing, AC EMEA.

Location flexibility is offered across the United Kingdom, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, and France. Your role follows hybrid model, will involve approximately 30% travel time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage directly a team of 3 collaborators, indirect ~40 collaborators. .
  • Lead and develop digital capabilities and strategy within EMEA.
  • Oversee product ownership for key marketing digital platforms.
  • Drive inbound/content marketing and lead generation processes.
  • Expand and improve our own store omniconcept in the region, including Ecommerce.
  • Build category vision for Big Box retail operations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in marketing, trade marketing, brand/portfolio management; 3+ years in international marketing.
  • Experience in category, digital, and Ecommerce management, leading omnichannel or digital transformation across B2B and B2C businesses.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, CRM/automation tools, and digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Track record of building high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Proficiency in English
