As the
Director of Cloud
you will lead the strategic development, delivery, and expansion of the organisation's digital architecture and engineering capabilities. You will oversee a team of specialists covering
software development, solution architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture
, ensuring clients receive best-in-class technical advisory and hands-on engineering support.

This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for shaping the practice, driving growth, mentoring experts, and strengthening the organisation's digital transformation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Practice Leadership

  • Define and execute the strategy for the Digital Engineering & Architecture practice in Sweden.
  • Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Develop service offerings within digital engineering, cloud transformation, secure architecture, integration, and platform modernisation.
  • Act as a senior voice in shaping the company's digital advisory agenda.

Client Engagement & Delivery

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across financial services and complex regulated industries.
  • Lead high-impact architecture, cloud, and engineering engagements—from discovery through delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance on secure design, system integration, SOA, API strategies, platform modernisation, and enterprise architecture.
  • Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with client needs.

Commercial & Growth

  • Support business development activities
  • Experienced in building relationships at C-suite
  • Identify market opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, go-to-market positioning, and capability development.
