About The Role
As our Director of Infrastructure and Security, you will build and evolve the secure, reliable and scalable foundation that enables our rapid growth. You'll lead our Infrastructure & Security team, covering cloud hosting, pipelines, internal IT, security, compliance and QA - while shaping strategy and guiding our technology roadmap.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with the CTO, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Commercial leadership to ensure our platform is fast, stable, and secure.

Responsibilities
You will lead and grow the Infrastructure & Security team, mentoring and developing staff to perform at their best. You will also own and evolve our cloud infrastructure for scalability, availability, performance, and security. Furthermore, you will:

• Oversee SaaS hosting environments, CI/CD pipelines, and automation to accelerate product delivery.
• Drive observability, incident response readiness, and ensure uptime/reliability targets are met.
• Lead Internal IT operations, integrations, and tooling for the company.
• Oversee QA specialists, driving quality assurance across product teams and building a sustainable in-house QA function.
• Own accountability for IT Security & Compliance, embedding security into infrastructure and operations.
• Act as escalation point and key interface for leadership, enterprise customers, and auditors on security matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the field, with 3–5 years in a leadership/management role.
• Strong background in infrastructure and cloud operations within SaaS environments.
• Proven experience in building, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, QA).
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical engagement.
• Solid knowledge of IT Security, compliance frameworks, audits, and enterprise SaaS requirements.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and commercial stakeholders.
