About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with key clients across the Nordic region. You will play a central role in driving revenue, deepening customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting growth journey as we strengthen our position and expand across the Nordics.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the Nordic markets
Understand client needs and match them with our product offering
Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition
Independently prospect and create new business opportunities within the region
Lead complex sales processes involving senior stakeholders such as CEOs and HR leaders
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Represent the company at Nordic industry events, meetings, and conferences
Contribute to regional go-to-market strategies and support growth across all Nordic countries
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the Nordic region
Ability to manage complex stakeholder processes and successfully close deals with senior decision-makers
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Skilled in prospecting and building a pipeline from scratch
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish); additional languages are a strong advantage
Willingness to travel within the Nordic region
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
