We are looking for an experienced Service Support Engineer to work within our Product Information Management (PIM) operations team. The assignment involves supporting and maintaining a newly implemented Inriver PIM system and its connected Azure-based data ecosystem.

You will be responsible for operational support, data flow monitoring, troubleshooting integrations, and ensuring smooth performance of PIM-related services.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Maintenance

·       Provide L2/L3 support for Inriver PIM.

·       Handle incidents, problem investigation, and root cause analysis.

·       Collaborate with internal development teams and Inriver vendor teams for escalations.

Data Operations & Monitoring

·       Monitor and maintain data synchronization between Inriver, Azure, and downstream systems.

·       Troubleshoot APIs, connectors, and batch jobs.

·       Perform routine health checks and validations.

Azure Data Management

·       Work with Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Functions.

·       Maintain scripts and automation for recurring operational tasks.

Change & Release Management

·       Support deployments, configuration updates, and release testing.

·       Maintain updated technical and operational documentation.

Continuous Improvement

·       Identify system issues, bottlenecks, and propose improvements.

·       Create knowledge base articles and improve team processes.

Required Skills & Experience

· –5+ years in application support or system support roles.

·       Hands-on experience with Inriver PIM (models, workflows, integrations).

·       Strong understanding of Azure: Cosmos DB, ADF, Azure Functions.

·       Good knowledge of APIs, REST services, and data exchange mechanisms.

·       Experience with Incident/Change/Release processes (ServiceNow, Jira).

·       Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

·       Experience in ETL or data modeling.

·       Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.

·       Knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools.

·       Basic scripting: PowerShell, Python, SQL.

·       Scrum/Agile tools: Jira, Confluence.
