We are looking for a Service Support Engineer with Product Information Management (PIM) experience within Inriver & Azure.

Job overview:

We are looking for a skilled Service Support Engineer to join our Product Information Management (PIM) Service Team. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining our newly deployed Inriver-based PIM system and its integrated data ecosystem on Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Inriver, Azure data handling services, and Cosmos DB, with a good understanding of data flows, integrations, and opera-tional support processes in a multi-system environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Application Support & Maintenance

  2. Provide L2/L3 support for the Inriver PIM platform, ensuring system stability and perfor-mance.

  3. Handle incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.

  4. Coordinate with vendor (Inriver) and internal development teams for escalations.

  5. Data Operations & Monitoring

  6. Manage and monitor data synchronization between Inriver, Azure, and downstream sys-tems.

  7. Handle troubleshooting of data pipelines, APIs, and connectors.

  8. Perform routine health checks, validations, and batch job monitoring.

  9. Azure Data Management

  10. Work with Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, and related services for data ingestion and transformation.

  11. Develop or maintain scripts and automation tools for recurring operational tasks.

  12. Change & Release Management

  13. Support deployment activities, configuration changes, and release testing.

  14. Maintain up-to-date technical and operational documentation.

  15. Continuous Improvement

  16. Identify system inefficiencies and propose optimizations.

  17. Contribute to knowledge base articles and team process enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in application or system support roles, preferably in product data management environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Inriver PIM, including data model configuration, workflows, and inte-grations.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, especially Cosmos DB, Azure Data Facto-ry, and Azure Functions.
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, RESTful services, and data exchange mecha-nisms.
  • Experience with incident, change, and release management tools (eg, ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical issues clear-ly.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in data modelling, ETL processes, or product master data management.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based systems.
  • Exposure to Power BI or similar tools for monitoring and analytics.
  • Basic Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, or SQL).
  • Scrum Master/Jira/Confluence

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical disci-pline.
  • Inriver or Microsoft Azure certifications will be a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple issues and priorities simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.

  • End date:

  • Location: 3 days per week required onsite in Lund, Sweden with 2 days per week remote work possible, candidates should already be living in Sweden.
