Job Description

Turner & Townsend is currently searching for a Corporate Recruiter / Talent acquisition specialist to support the recruiting efforts in the Nordics. We are offering an initial 12 month fixed term contract for this role.

Located in Stockholm, Sweden, you are accountable for supporting talent attraction and talent acquisition activities for the entities across Europe. Recruiting the finest Cost Managers, Project Managers and Project Controls specialists across the region who can help our organisation deliver the best projects for the best clients in the world. You will work alongside our experienced recruitment team. This role would suit an agency or corporate Recruiter or Resourcer with a couple of years of experience looking to take the next step as an end-to-end Recruiter within a thriving international business.

  • You will work closely with the Hiring Managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
  • Create and publish job adverts and social media campaigns
  • Source candidates utilising variety of mediums such as social media, referrals, networking, events etc.
  • Screen and interview candidates by phone, video or in person
  • Coordinate and manage hiring team interviews
  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply/ are approached until offer acceptance
  • Manage offer and negotiation process
  • Update applicant tracking system in real time to cover full candidate journey and to ensure for accurate MI data and reporting
  • Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business.

Qualifications

  • BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or other relevant subject
  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally for project management, cost management and project controls specialists in the construction sector.
  • Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment
  • Networking capability through social media
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Motivated, flexible and results driven
  • Able to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Fluency in English and Swedish is required for this role. Norwegian, Danish or other European languages skills are desirable.
