Now, we're looking for a Brand Director to define and amplify that vision — shaping how FUZED shows up in the world, what we stand for, and how we win the hearts of kids, parents, and partners.

Who are we?
FUZED is a gaming & health company from Stockholm redefining what gaming can be for the next generation. Instead of treating screen time as the problem, we turn it into the solution — a bridge to movement, community, confidence, and real-world belonging.
Gaming is now the largest youth culture in the world — and with that comes a responsibility and an opportunity to build something that truly matters. Through our connected arenas, events, and mobile app, kids earn screen-time by being active: walking to school, scoring goals, joining local tournaments and youth activities, or playing fun motion-tracked games in our mobile app FUZED Arcade at home.
We partner with municipalities and leading brands to build a community where gaming becomes a driver for well-being, not a barrier. Our brand sits at the intersection of gaming, sport, youth culture, and public health — inspiring kids to move together and feel part of something bigger.
We've only scratched the surface of what FUZED can become. Now, we're looking for a Brand Director to help shape the identity, voice, and cultural impact of a movement built for the next generation.

As Brand Director, you'll shape how that story is told and experienced — defining the emotional connection young people, families, and partners feel when they think of FUZED. You are the voice, the style, and the cultural heartbeat behind a movement built for the next generation.
What will you do?
You will take full ownership of the FUZED brand — defining what we stand for, how we look, how we sound, and how we show up in culture. This includes:
- Developing and maintaining our brand platform — values, identity, storytelling, and design system — adopted across our app, arenas, events, campaigns, and partnerships
- Setting the go-to-market and marketing roadmap, prioritizing the right channels to reach kids, parents, and municipalities effectively
- Leading Creative Direction — ensuring everything we publish feels premium, consistent, and unmistakably FUZED
- Building and running a high-performing content engine with strong variation: motion, photo, stories, creators, community, education
- Translating our brand into major partnerships (Nike, LEGO, EA Games etc.) to unlock cultural and commercial impact
- Working tightly with product, events, and sales — making sure branding is aligned with the experience and drives growth
- Defining and tracking core brand & marketing KPIs — using insight to continuously improve narrative, formats, and engagement
Leadership & Team Building
- Build, coach, and inspire a growing brand and creative team as we expand
- Establish scalable processes that enable creativity, speed, and quality
- Create a culture of excellence that attracts top creative and marketing talent to FUZED
This is a strategic and hands-on role — where your creativity and leadership directly shape how thousands of young people perceive FUZED as a movement.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who blends strategic brand thinking with world-class creative execution — a hybrid of brand architect and creative leader who cares deeply about consistency, culture, and emotional connection.
You have:
- Proven experience building and managing a modern brand identity
- Strong capability in storytelling, campaign development, and creative quality control
- Experience activating brands across digital, social, events, and partnerships
- A good understanding of marketing analytics — and willingness to continuously learn and optimize for growth
- Clear communication skills that bring alignment between creative, business, product, and operational teams
