We're recently launched our new app and are gearing up to maximize user growth in order for the app to reach its full potential. Therefore, we're looking for a
CMO /
Global Marketing Manager
to join our team.

THE ROLE

We're searching for a
hands-on, entrepreneurial marketing leader
who can combine strategic thinking with action.

You'll lead Fanzeal's marketing efforts on our local markets — aligning local teams with a focus on driving measurable growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a short period, shaping how millions of fans experience our platform, and to be a part of shaping the future for Fanzeal.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and execute
    marketing strategies for our whitelabel apps in different markets with the aim of maximizing user growth.
  • Lead and support
    local marketing teams to ensure performance, consistency and collaboration across regions.
  • Drive performance
    across digital, social, influencer, and community channels.
  • Build and strengthen
    the Fanzeal value proposition and campaigning for our local markets.
  • Activate and amplify
    our
    December global event
    , coordinating campaigns across markets.
  • Measure and optimize
    performance — using data & analytics to drive decision-making and growth.
  • Collaborate closely
    with product, partnerships, and content teams to ensure alignment on priorities and messaging.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in
    marketing, growth, or brand leadership
    , ideally in
    tech, or sports / entertainment
    sectors.
  • Proven ability to reach desired user growth.
  • A
    strategic doer
    — you think thoroughly but execute fast.
  • Comfortable working in a
    fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
    with changing priorities.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to influence at all levels.
  • Available to commit to a focused, high-impact contract through the December event period.
