About Maxia Marketing

Maxia is a boutique growth consultancy that helps early-stage tech startups build marketing foundations that scale; from positioning and messaging to go-to-market and growth execution.

We work with ambitious founders who want clarity, traction, and systems that actually move the needle.

The Role

You'll work directly with Maxia's founder to shape the visual and creative identity of the brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and our newsletter. From graphics to videos, copy to content calendars, you'll be at the center of it all.

What You'll Do

  • Design
    graphics and visuals
    for social (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) using
    Canva
  • Edit short-form videos
    (reels, snippets, carousels, stories) with on-trend hooks and pacing
  • Help draft, proof, and format
    social and newsletter copy
  • Maintain and organise creative assets and content calendars
  • Assist in building and managing content workflows in Notion or Google Drive

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Live and breathe
    Canva
    (or love design in general)
  • Have a good eye for branding, layout, and what performs on social
  • Enjoy
    video editing
    (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) and storytelling through visuals
  • Are comfortable writing short-form copy with a human, witty tone
  • Are organised, fast, and proactive- you like figuring things out
